It has been a good week, but one of the hottest weeks I can ever remember. Despite the heat, I continue to walk morning and afternoon. I have not had any problems at all. I received the results of the lab report several days ago. It was a good news report. The cancer was confined to the prostate. The surgical margins" were clear and the lymph nodes had no signs of cancer. I don't guess one could ask for a better report. I thank the Good Lord above of all of these blessings and answered prayers!
Great news John. Keep up that walking - gotta be good for the body and soul. Having a mall to walk in during these dog days of summer has got to be good. You are hotter up North than we are in Orlando - not a good sign of the months ahead. God Bless.
